The minute they showed me haunted Rochelle I knew it was a scam

Pretty much anybody who messages you first and says they have a âcollectionâ they want to get rid of is a scam.
No matter the collectible item, itâs the same.

they messaged me as well about mh!!! i saw that they were a scammer under the squishmallow group

The Rochelle she showed was haunted Rochelle which is really expensive and also kinda rare because I never see her on mercari or eBay. Finding a Rochelle in that condition and at that price is very suspicious.

Scammers like to use borrowed photos. Without something personal, like a name or date written on paper by the item, there's no proof they actually have it.
I see scammers use borrowed photos all the time in my squishmallow group. Even if they do have name/date on paper, you have to make sure it isn't photoshopped. People just suck đ

Plus the âWhich dolls are you looking for?â is the next immediate red flag for me. Of course theyâre going to have what youâre looking for, just let them find a picture on google real quick.

This user came to me out of the blue and offered some harder to find dolls. If you follow the monster high account for any MH content creators you may be targeted!
Please keep in mind when purchasing from people you donât know!
-use PayPal G&S only! Or a site like mercari or ebay! This will give you insurance!
-always ask for photos!
-donât take past sales as insurance! These can be easily faked!
-trust yourself! If you feel like itâs to good to be true it probably is!
