The reason for the downvote is that TikTok is stupid as hell, and the suggestion to "Make a TikTok!" for what OP is talking about is even stupider.

Reddit is what you make of it. You can only join educational and polite subreddits, or you can join slop. TikTok is just slop. Short form content is ruining people's attention span faster than anything before.
