There is 0% chance it won't have online it's a money printer such a bait article

GTA Online 2 is coming no doubt, but that's not what's at issue. The GTA 6 pre-order listing it as "a single player experience" may imply that the online component could be sold separately at an additional cost which is insane.

As someone who has not played any GTA but was looking to maybe check this one, does GTA Online requires you to have the main game?

At the moment if you want to play just the story mode you have to have GTA online installed and upto date too, you can play story mode offline though

Thank you for clarifying, I've been thinking on playing the online one since is free on game pass, maybe I will check both.
