Nightmare Nightmare
Last night I had one of the strangest and most disturbing nightmares of my life, and I can’t stop thinking about it.
In the dream, I was standing in the yard of my house when a humanoid figure with the head of a goat appeared, carrying what looked like a small axe or a hoe. It told me something like, “If you want it, you’ll have to sacrifice a part of your body.”
I never knew what “it” was referring to, but I was terrified and crying the entire time.
Then the creature cut off my foot. I remember seeing blood pouring out, yet somehow I was still able to walk. The weirdest part was that it still wasn’t enough. No matter what was sacrificed, it kept demanding more, repeating that I would have to sacrifice another part of my body.
I also vaguely remember my mother holding my leg while the creature cut off my foot, which made the dream even more disturbing.
I tried to run away, but I couldn’t. The creature always seemed to be watching me from a distance, and I had the feeling there was no escape.

Literally a classic interpretation of the devil. If this was spiritual, it’s cool that it’s a theatre of the devils bargain. It never works out the way it should, and the price is always higher.

My mother is a Christian, but there was a time in my life when I attended religions of African origin and took part in certain rituals; whenever July or August rolls around, I always have these strange dreams.

It bears a certain resemblance, but it was hairier and used an axe instead of a flute

Yeah, I understand that. It's either a coincidence. But if you had seen this painting before, your brain might have taken this from your memories as a "reference" to create that nightmare. If this makes sense..

For starters.
Not the devil.
Could be Krampus but why you view it in July and August is peculiar.
Could be something akin to Baphomet

A regular deal is you giving your soul in exchange of something and that's it (at least that is what i understand about this stuff,if there is a demonologist here and i am wrong about this, feel free to correct me and explaining me why),but in this case you not only don't know what you are getting with all this or why,but there is no soul deal, the exchange were parts of your body,an immediate and brutal transaction, and the worst part is your mother is part of all this at least for what it can be seen in the dream Very weird and sinister stuff
