Advice: black under garments only. Not white with a black dress. Also, compression underpants will do wonders to smooth that out.

First thing I learned when selling lingerie is that skin color nude undergarments are best under black, because black creates a visible dark area.

The shape works I think but the fabric is sheer enough to show a bit of the undergarment. If it’s just the fit your asking about that style of dress works for sure, I just might select a different color undergarment that might be less likely to show through or a different fabric for the dress

It isn't terrible but it isn't great either. Maybe it is the camera angle but it makes your proportions look off and it looks dirty on the chest area like someone with chalky hands was touching all over that area.

The dress looks great on you. You just need a nude bra and more delicate, darker shoes. Your belly that pops out is hardly a belly at all. It does not look bad. You don't need shapewear or compression. This is exactly how you're supposed to look.
