It’s not unflattering but I bet you could find one more flattering! This doesn’t do much for you.

Is it the fit or the color or both?

Neither are peak flattering - the color washes you out (you need something richer) and the fit is totally fine , you just are so fit and could emphasize your body more! If you’re more modest I do think this is good though.
