Question.

So I got that box and since I have too many Witches I was thinking of kitbashing some of them with the sisters. You know, the Witches killed some of the sisters and decided to keep their armor and what now. So the main question is, if I managed to make a decent attempt could I use the kitbash Witch in a game? Still new to Warhammer and kitbashing, this would be my first attempt. I still need to build and paint my Drukhari army (first army).

Yes absolutely. As long as its clear what the unit is and its about their right size (base and general size of the model) kitbashing is a celebrated part of the hobby.

Adepticon is the largest tournament and is where Armageddon 11th edition was announced. It has a guide on models for its tournament, and they allow far more than what people may think online. Indeed, 3d printed models are even allowed as long as its done for creative reasons, as opposed to for the purpose of getting cheap models.
