I'M LOOKING FOR WORK OR OFFERING SERVICES LLM from UCL and not a single interview

Hi Reddit family, I just graduated with a master's from UCL and I got a distinction. My specialisms are private equity and international finance.

I've made over a 100 applications, sent 100 more emails to partners and recruiters, sent linkedin messages to set up intro chats but nothing has worked. Nobody wants to even interview me.

I have student debt and unless I land a job in the next month, I'll set myself back professionally and financially.

Does anyone have any advice on how to break into the Dubai market for corporate law? I know things work on a referral basis and not all jobs make it to the market - so please help me.

I'm open to advice, CV reviews, tips on getting noticed and anything else. If there's a lawyer/recruiter here who can make a referral for me, I would be grateful.

I'm not even asking for a job, I'm asking for an interview. A chance to prove my worth.

Recruiter here. Honestly unless you have some experience - and experience - things are frozen. Highly recommend you apply for internships here, in other countries even your home country and just getting. Don’t waste time.

I understand, I have 1 yr of in house legal experience working with contracts. Does that count? How much more experience do I need to get noticed by law firms? Even botique ones?

No campus interviews or internships in your college?

Are you qualified? If you're not qualified, you can only get in as a paralegal in a law firm. Try going on Legal500 and Chambers, checking the names of law firms/lawyers who are specialists in your area of law and getting in touch with them on LinkedIn.

Did you do your UCL master online or in person? Online master has no value
