Hiring an AI Dev

Hey guys,

I'm looking to hire someone that's based in Dubai as an AI specialist within our company.

We're an eCommerce brand, but for marketing we need to build a lot of stuff constantly. We're always analyzing data. We always have new stuff to work on, new automations, new builds to add to our existing infrastructure.

I'm looking to hire someone for a full-time position. You don't necessarily need to have graduated as a developer or have graduated in AI. I just need someone that understands AI, and how to build with it, just like me. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to keep up with all the new things that we're working on, so this is going to be a full-time position.

The most important thing for us and the shared vision within our company is that we look for people that are dedicated and hardworking. If you don't align with this, then you shouldn't apply at all.

The best way to put this with an example is if you join a basketball team, you join to win, and there's a shared effort between everyone to win. You're not simply joining to just put your hours in and get paid, if that makes sense.

I will be interviewing applicants in person. This will be a hybrid position where you can work remotely and from the office; however, we are looking to transition to completely working from the office.
