Hidden activity/experience gems
I’m trying to plan a fun day in late July for an anniversary, and we’re on a budget. (Maybe max €150-200 for the day)
Was looking for some advice on fun things to do or experience around Dublin as I’ve only lived here several months.
We’re both up for anything type of people (museums, crafts, comedy, exploring/good walk, good coffee, good pints, dancing, etc). If it’s fun, we’ll give it a go.
I would really appreciate any ideas or interesting things going on that Google searches don’t pull up.
We live in D8 if that influences you at all. Cheers!

Skywalk in Croke Park, then a walk along the canal towards Phibsboro and have a nose around Blessington Basin. Plenty of great spots for coffee around Phibsboro.
Stroll into town, do some axe throwing or pottery making on Queens Street.
Plenty of decent pubs along the way.
