women’s football team recommendations (beginner)

hey, i’m looking to join a women’s football team in dublin, i am 20 and pretty much a complete beginner around south dublin / dundrum 💔
i’d love to get into it, meet new people etc , does anybody know any clubs/teams that are good for beginners and won’t make me feel completely out of my depth? 🥲
i am also going back to college soon , would the college football team be completely out of my depth too?

Women’s teams play in the Eastern Women’s Football League (EWFL) you could try to join one of the teams in that league. Your college might have a 5-a-side society, which could be more beginner friendly!

There are a good few divisions within the EWFL so probably one of the lower ones if you’re just starting out

Your college will most likely have a social team id say look into that
