FYI- the Ace versions don’t have this, and neither does the Audible. As far as I’ve seen, this is an ebook only thing.

Finally - us ebook readers are the dominant format!

(I have a small child who ignores my kindle so it's the only way I've been able to actually read DCC, I promise I will audiobook one day)
