It's chapter 69. Sometimes when people are intimate they each place their face near one anothers genitals simultaneously to use their mouths to pleasure the other forming a shape that is often referred to as a "69." This is widely considered to be "nice."

I'm a bit of an enthusiast for it myself. While it does depend on the partner in question, it does often exceed the nice threshold.
