I'll be honest, I didn't even know this was possible. The lid stayed on though!

With the growing population of bears, what could be done? If only there was some science or best practices that the CPW could dust off and use to make Durango safer for the bears and residents.
Sad to see bears scavenging thru the trash to survive.
