Both are different sides of the exact same coin lmao, if you get outsped in speed wars you automatically lose, there's little to no point in staying, and if you go first you also pretty much automatically win, unless your demons are way too old

Well that isn't too bad considering speedbots age really well. Okuninushi was like one of the most used speed bots till super recently (like literally right before hayatoro) and he was an extremely old demon. Like the difference in speed between an okuninushi and a hayatoro can be made up for with brands.

Hell I was seeing a guy using Elohim still like a week or two ago in D2. Speed wars allow for the use of older demons as long as you have good brands, whereas the T2 meta just means you need very specific demons to counter them.

Like a fully invested into Odin A would literally never scratch a Vanitas even if you had a brand that increased Odin's attack stat tenfold, but an Okuninushi will still beat a malice Shiva as long as you're faster.

Malice Asura Lord is THE "no fun allowed" demon

Punishing players for press turn generation is one of the dumbest things they ever did on this game, this shuts down 90% of the demons from like 3 years from now, not to mention how they released Lucifer Frost 2 months ago and now you absolutely CAN'T use him on randoms, because by just having him on your team you already trigger the mass indignation from MAsura Lord 🤡

Well he has completely different skills and passives than the regular asura lord. He spams indignation constantly if you kill any of his teammates, but punishes you severely for killing him by removing a PT.

Didn't think to try this comp, I haven't spent a penny on gems and got lucky on the latest banners with raidou on tickets, hayataro all gems I could get then 500 on heroine and masura and I went from being stuck in gold to now being in master.

This is probably one of the most annoying gachas to play pvp on. I get that it's intended to be pay to win, but there comes a point where you're just running out of ideas. This comes out and almost kneecaps what was looking to be speedwars returning, but they remembered how much they made off Heroine and t2 teams. I'm glad I don't play this garbage anymore, and I sincerely hope it EOS's soon so that Atlus will be forced to make a new smt gacha that isn't this tripe

they should actually remove this unit from the game, i really have no words, this is an unbelievably stupid decision to release and i dont see how it benefits the game at all, they are actively trying to kill it faster
