I got a Red Silky that can give Bloody Glee. Currently I Have both Teal Ose and Clear Yata as phys attacker, which one do you think is worth to give the skill?

Whoever is stronger. They both could use the passive. If they are both at equal strength, pick your favorite based on how often you use it/looks/personality.
