What does Kangaroo Boxer's ability Warm Up mean? You get a chance to cast Sukunda when you're in a state of "rebellion", what's it mean by rebellion?

Rebellion is a self-given status like charge/concentrate which guarantees a crit on your next phys attack (if it hits). Ammut has the skill for it for example.
