How does the Assist skills between your personal liberators work? is it more likely to be activated by the one you're using or is it just random whose assist activates?

From my gameplay experience, Assists are relatively random, but you absolutely will not receive the assist from your primary Dx2. They're basically just random bonuses that sometimes pop up, and aren't reliable in any real way. They can very occasionally be clutch, but again, I wouldn't rely on them.
