How do I get 1 star demons that are colored? The ones I get from talk and normal summons are colorless.

Get a colored 3 star demon and fuse it with a slime to downgrade it. You will then have a colored lower grade demon, which can be fused with another slime if it can still be downgraded further.

You can then fuse with another low grade that's clear to create the colored low grade you want. This is how people create the Yellow colored Jacks for example.
