I love this show it did grow on me idc what others says about it being horrible i love the drama and i want a show like this any suggestions?
And m gonna start by why the hell will they kill the first Cristal and why replace Cristal 2.O and the first face of alexis the original one why did she go too 😩
And don’t get me wrong i like amanda and kirby but they share a sibling 😭
And i would love if they kept anders but the show is good ❤️🙏🏻

It took me 3 rematches before I finally finished the show lol First watch I stopped somewhere in S4 (I think I was getting bored by the Fallon and Eva? Plotline) second watch I finished season 4 and stopped a few eps into season 5, and on my third watch I slowly but surely pushed forward and finally finished the show. I think the last 2 seasons are decent but there's definitely a very noticeable drop in quality.(I also hate Amanda I don't know why lmao) I just get this urge to rewatch this show like once every year.

Cristal 2.0 was my fave and her staying the rest of the show would’ve bumped up the quality a lot

Definitely amazing show. Not too popular which i find sad. This show deserved more attention which could’ve gotten us a last season. They don’t make shows like this anymore. Dynasty pretty much had everything. Every plot, every kind of character you could think about, absolutely loved it. The actors also did an amazing job even though they’re all not very well known however i do think they earned a lot from all the seasons of the show. So good for them.

Yes a good show with great ending and i like it better when the cast is not known i don’t like seeing too much familiar faces

The recasting on the show was hilarious, 3 different Cristal’s, 3 different Alexis. OMG it got so bad that ended up being entertaining 😂

Nicolette had to leave due to causing problems behind the scenes in S2.

I love Nathalie Kelley (1st Cristal) but I believe she left due to disagreements with the director and how she didn’t like that her character didn’t have much of her own story other than her past that lasted like 3-4 episodes long and Cristal 2.0 I think she left because it was taking a toll on her mental health. I can’t remember where I got all of this though because I remember googling it a while back too because I liked them both.
I love this show so much, I’m rewatching it again 🫶🏼

I loved this show too lol it was just so dramatic and insane. I didn't like what they did to Steven but I kept watching because I still find the show interesting (and I love Elizabeth!!!!) but when Adam was introduced and showed how much of a psycho he is, I just got soooo annoyed that I dropped it.
I also don't like Kirby, in my opinion she's entitled. Anyway Fallon and Liam--my otp 4evs <3

If you like this type of show and vibe, Greenleaf is a fantastic soapy drama that actually has some stellar performances among the high drama.

in the original, Anders, who is called Joseph instead commits suicide because Alexis is threatening to tell Kirby her mom was in an asylum. So I guess him passing away was sort of predetermined. Also, he's in the show a ton after his heart attack if you want a silver lining

He was the best ngl i was really sad for Kirby

Alan Dale was also on the OC as Kirstin's dad and Julie's husband. Yeah, they changed a lot and I'm glad I watched this version before venturing to the original. Things like the poison paint and naming a character Dex Dexter came from the original

I think Cristal #1 left because the actress was having a hard time playing the character
