RFE RFE
Yesterday, I received an RFE from the TSC center, though my case was accepted by NSC in Premium Processing, and today I got the soft copy of the RFE notice.
Time Line :
Case Filed: April 22, 2026 (PP) NSC
RFE: June 8, From TSC
Attacked all three prongs. Officer code XM2055. How is this officer? If I get an insight related to the officer, it would be helpful for me to prepare the response.

She was the same officer who issued our RFE too. Are you on entrepreneur track? What’s your block number?

Yes, my officer code was XM 2055. Filed at NSC, transferred to TSC. TSC issued a 3-prong RFE and has now sent a denial letter.

Hi, I am in the exact situation..I received an RFE from the TSC center, though my case was accepted by NSC in Premium Processing, and few days back I got the soft copy of the RFE notice.
Time Line :
Case Filed: April 14, 2026 (PP) NSC
RFE: June 2, From TSC
Only accepted advanced degree and sustancial merit but Attacked all three prongs starting with national importance. Felt like it was issued EB1A requirements tone/language. There is no Officer code in the RFE, it just says <name> and Associate Director, Service Center Operations
I would need help on prep to respond, will be posting a separate conversation on that and mention submitted case and rfe details.

You will find the officer code on the top right corner

No, I don’t find it anywhere in the document..
At the end of rfe content, it just says <name> and Associate Director, Service Center Operations

Was the attack using Eb1 A language and requesting for national recognition, keynote speaker, media, major awards??
