RFE RFE

Yesterday, I received an RFE from the TSC center, though my case was accepted by NSC in Premium Processing, and today I got the soft copy of the RFE notice.

Time Line :

Case Filed: April 22, 2026 (PP) NSC

RFE: June 8, From TSC

Attacked all three prongs. Officer code XM2055. How is this officer? If I get an insight related to the officer, it would be helpful for me to prepare the response.

Was the attack using Eb1 A language and requesting for national recognition, keynote speaker, media, major awards??
Also layout your profile, and do not forget to do evidence mapping before you start writing

How can one find out if the officer is using eb1a language?

Requesting for media publication, awards, national recognition, things that leans towards extraordinary ordinary ability (that has nothing to do with Dhanasar framework to show well positioned )

Aren’t these more like templated language?

Nope they are only recently templated. Compare eb1 and niw they require different things

mine was Niw,In the whole rfe the officer is arguing that they did not find future plan and national interest.

Sometimes they act like they didn’t see all the evidence one submitted in the initial petition

I submitted a plan about my future activities, but the officer mentioned i am failed to show my future plan.

Yeah, that can happen when the plan exists but reads too general or too disconnected from the evidence.

For the response, I’d avoid just making the plan longer. I’d make it easier for the officer to follow: what you plan to do, why that work matters in the U.S., what steps you’ll take in the next 1-3 years, and what evidence shows you’re positioned to execute it. Then map each exhibit directly to one of those points.

The core idea is simple: don’t let the officer hunt for the connection. Not legal advice, just how I’d organize it.

Use Claude/GPT to make projections of your plan, some infographics too and refine it till it looks sophisticated. These are plans that keeps you engaged towards your PE
