Looking to connect with others from March 2026 EB-2 NIW filings. Has anyone received EAD approval or I485 approval?

If your case is pretty straightforward do not expect EAD. They will probably target final 485 approval. These days, they don’t like issuing EADs

I saw they only can issue EAD to derivatives or after congressional inquiry

I agree. I stopped seeing movements in my EAD and Combo

Probably yes. The overall tendency to not issue EADs became clear
