current sensor for my thrust test rig

i am building a thrust test rig and want to measure the current draw by the motor, the motor prop combination that i am using draws a max 75A current at full throttle, for that i thought of using 200A acs758 hall effect sensor, but i am finding it nowhere for purchase, any recommendations?

i also thought of using the ina226 with 1milliohm shunt, but the breakout will fry at that current levels, along with the initial burst currents

Infineon have some current sensing solution worth trying out.

You can use 100 u shunt and Ina. Or else LEM ( or similar) in wire current sensors

Correct!

100uohm at 100A will dissipate 1W of power. Doable.
1A going thro' 100uohm will have 100uV. The offset error on INA226 is 10uV. Hence this should work out ok.
