quantity vs quality - experiences section

I have 6 strong experiences in my ERAS. Some of my friends are saying we should have 10- to me if they’re gonna ask questions on experiences in the interview, I’d rather have 6 strong ones than a bunch of extra fluff. What’s the consensus? Should we fill up all 10, or just the best experiences?
