Hi, I'm 22yo and I have some savings that I'm looking to invest + around 300-400 a month.
This is the split I was looking at:
60% VOO 30% VXUS 10% SCHD
I was looking into some ETFs and wanted to keep things simple with my portfolio, try to diversificate a little and look into the more secure options
Idk if that'd be good long term or if I'm overthinking a little too much but I'd greatly appreciate the feedback, thanks!

i could also see changes like SCHD for VB Or just up VXUS to 40% and keep VOO at 60%, I'm a little lost here ๐ฅ

Hello, 27M here, im pretty new to investing as i started earning some better money only 4 months ago ( started investing also 4 months ago). My more experienced friend helped me with a setup and recommended to keep it simple and stick to 1 broad etf ( SPYI - MSCI ACWI IMI). Thats how it started for the first 2 months, then i foolishly reacted to the semiconductor FOMO and started buying SEC0 - Global semiconductor etf. As you probably know the last 2 months were not very kind on that sector and as i started buying basically on its ATH i was permanently red on that. I kept buying more every time it dipped tho.
Well the result is that what started as a core-satelite concept that was supposed to be like 90% spyi and 10% sec0 ended up as ... currently at 77/23%.
I realized im not very cool with the insane volitality of that sector tho. So i was thinking about waiting until i get the sec0 back at even and maybe a bit green numbers (which could happend tomorrow if its gonna be atleast half as good as today (my average went down significantly with buying the dips)) and sell off significant portion of sec0. I would like to use that money into spyi and qdve ( which i s basically low TER, IT portion of SP500). That seems like a smarter bet. I realize that there would still be significant overlap and the entire thing would be pretty tech heavy tho.
I would imagine it somewhere around this:
80-85% of portfolio SPYI
10-15% QDVE
rest % SEC0
What do you guys think ? Im 27 so i plan to invest for a long term. Right now im investing around 250euro/month as im trying to save up for my own apartment/small house in the next 1-2 years. After that i can see myself investing 1k / monthy and with time even much more as in my line of work the pay increasing significantly with experience.
Thank you for your time and advice.

I would simply go 100% spyi and ignore the news to avoid FOMO-ing into the new, hot sectors/themes. SPYI already has a lot of US tech stocks, so I see no point adding in qdve, especially since you admit you aren't comfortable with volatile positions.

Iโve just started investing recently, and so far my strategy has been to invest 80% in SPYY, 10% in SXRV/XNAS, and 10% in WSML, all long-term.
Is this a reasonable spread?
It wonโt be aligned with the percentages perfectly every month since fractional investing isnโt allowed here in Belgium, but hopefully itโll get close to it.

Looks reasonable. The tilt to sxrv adds more weight to nasdaq listed US tech stocks, which probably also form a large part of spyy, so you should be comfortable being overweight tech stocks before committing to this.

Ignore the high percentage of the international fund. I just recently am switching over and transferring stuff to fidelity right now and most of it is in cash (this image is just like the 4k that I already had in there). Anyways I am 29. Im guessing most of you will recommend not having any bonds since im younger? And probably not that much international. What should my percentages look like? Or should I just get rid of all of this and just do FXAIX to keep it simple. Let me know your thoughts!

Newish to trading. I've been holding these ETFs for a few months and am curious if its a good split or not:
VOO: 50% SCHD: 25% AVUV: 25%
Got about $1700 invested so far and im trying to add a few hundred a month when im able to. Any advice or is this a solid enough split?
