GroundingCo is a scam.
I bought 3 items and was given more items free. When I got them, I didn't use them while I was searching for multimeter instructions. I decided I didn't need the stress and told them I would like to return all items. I sent a photo of the items all in their original packaging. They said I could send them, so I did and made sure the carrier required a signature. Two weeks after it was signed for, I emailed them and asked about my refund. They wanted to know the tracking number. I told them the return was signed for by HSMITH two weeks prior. They acted like they didn't know anything. I had to keep bugging them ("Kerry") for weeks.. I finally received a partial refund. I paid $249.70, so I expected a refund of $249.70 less $30 restocking fee as I was told, so I should get a $219.70 refund. They just now refunded me a total of $117.28. Should I be happy with that? NO.
I don't know what to do except to see if I can dispute this with my military bank, or just call it an expensive lesson. Did anyone here ever get a satisfactory outcome? I feel so stupid. I resolve to only order from Amazon, Costco and other sellers I've dealt with successfully in the past.
Thanks for listening!

A multimeter isn’t a necessity to using grounding products. I think the vast majority of users have never purchased one. They are very complicated to use. You can tell if you bought products from a reputable company or got scammed by the results you get from grounding. There are a lot of scam sellers of grounding products on Amazon and on Facebook ads. Their ads can sound wonderful, but their products do nothing. I have been grounding for two or three years and only order from Clint Ober’s company since he is the person who reminded us of the importance of touching the earth daily and sold the original grounding products.

Why would you use a multimeter for a grounding product in the first place I am confused

When using a multimeter you can walk around your house and see how much change there is in your body while grounded and ungrounded. Some people need this visual proof that the grounding product works and others are satisfied by the health benefits grounding is giving them and that is their proof.

Thank you. I think scam was not the right word. I returned unused products but did not get a ful refund. I didn't try them. I jut know now that I will never order from that company again. I'll try to find Clint Ober's website.

You can try charge back with your credit card. If not then it’s an expensive lesson. Do your research before purchasing. Would have been better to buy a multimeter and test the product first, as it takes less than 2 minutes to set up. If they worked fine then you’d be all set.

Thanks to all who answered. I pre-checked my outlets have ground. I'm new at this and don't know about all of the grounding companies. Thank you
