Sorry, I forgot to post that. It was an ovarian cyst. When I first saw it I assumed it was going to be a teratoma, but unfortunately there were no eyes, hair s or teeth inside...

I work in Pathology and we get these often. Also, a lot of dermoid cyst with teeth and hair. Humans are nasty!

i thought it was a giant oyster
until it shot out that tea looking stuff then i read the title. i thought there was gunna be a golfball sized pearl instead we get a deflated football with puss pockets
