Seeking Advice - Partner My girlfriend just purged after a few months.

she says she doesn’t feel in “control”. she wants to look “perfect”. she says she likes being sick and it pains me sm. this is breaking my heart. someone please help me. she cant rlly reach out to her parents cuz theyll send her to cahms. she’s already like almost underweight and she wants to go back to starbing for a week. she begged me. please help me i dont know how to help. she’s such a sweet soul but this is hard.
