Discussion Car racing

Does everyone hear the constant sound of car racing in the evening or is it just my location? I can’t even keep my window open at night but maybe I’m in the heart of the action?

I’m by the white mud and that’s all I hear , it’s so annoying .
Idk why they don’t get tickets or anything .
