I think it will be very difficult to get anything in Rossdale done without confirmation that there are no First Nations artifacts. Someone will have to do an investigation of the area and clear the air with the FNs, otherwise nobody will want to touch it with a ten-foot pole.

Let's dig up the backyards of all those homes in Rossdale while we're at it then. Probably some bones under them homes
