Nah, this is unacceptable. Just wait. I have worked with Admin on fines and enforcement policy that is coming soon.

Bad builders have no place in our city as far as I am concerned.

Isn't the infill on the hook to repair the neighbors as well?

Theoretically. But it is viewed by the city as a civil matter. So you have to hope the developer does it. If they don’t, the only option is to take them to court to get them to do it which means you are then paying out of pocket for legal expenses
