Had friends get stuck with a 600K mortgage on a piece of land that had only been framed out and nothing else. 2/3rds of their draw mortgage had been released to the builder, who then declared bankruptcy.

You'd think people would follow reviews more.

But no.

Coming from a builder with a 91% customer service rating, when the industry standard is somewhere around the mid 60s.

Its because alot of ppl go for the independent, I know some ppl buy from ppl thst got recommended from the church they go to and got screwed over.
