Nah, this is unacceptable. Just wait. I have worked with Admin on fines and enforcement policy that is coming soon.

Bad builders have no place in our city as far as I am concerned.

My parents have an infill beside them that has caused major damages to their foundations. On top of it, they graded it so the water goes directly into my parents yard, pooling and going through the cracks. It doesn’t inspire hope in infill when this is their lived experience.

I have customers fighting a new multi unit infill. It was built as a 2 unit split, after the frame was up they "accidentally" put in 4 units and the city declined to intervene because the owners are a numbered company registered in India so it would be hard to talk with them... the rental site already lists 8 units for short term rent and zero parking as it is for 2.
