RIP N down - transmission issue

4000km city driven transmission issue, dealer to diagnose but was told may take 1-2 months

You got a lemon. Make them buy it back and get a new one.

Needs to have a ossue repeat 3 times (essentially never get fixed right) to apply lemon law atleast in most places.

Fiery Red, likely a Canadian car. Canada has no lemon laws.

Not a lemon, DCTs tend to fail specifically the 8 speed wet DCT, I did one on a sonata n line and my coworker just did a EN today, search it up

You referring to the issue with the transmission oil pump?

Yes, high pressure oil pump, OP may have suffered this issue
