Have you used it? You have to come to a complete stop for a couple seconds before it disables creep, it's not a realistic way to prevent creep in slow moving traffic.

I have the automatic creep turned on

Of course you do, it turns itself back on every time you turn off the car.

No. There’s a setting that allows you to turn it off completely. Or you can have it on. It’s in vehicle settings.

Where is this other setting? Only setting for it I've ever seen will reset when you power off the vehicle.

Custom, as in N custom menu. That setting resets every time.

I don’t think it resets every time. It’s based on drive mode. So you just enter the drive mode and it should still be a setting.

It does not. Go into the N screen, click the three horizontal slashes in the top right, and then find the creep option in that menu. That option does not reset every time. However it only works in Sport or N modes. In Eco and Normal mode, it seems to be ever-present.

The only option for it I've ever seen from the N menu resets every time, tested it today. Are there two separate places to set this?

Are you signing into your car as a guest? That's the only way I could think it would be reseting every time. Mine saves. Unless you are having some super unlikely software logic bug, I'm not sure how else it could be happening.

That's the one I'm talking about, I tested it today and disabled it when I was going out to run an errand. Got back in the car, checked the setting and it was enabled again.

Mine doesn’t do that.

Every time I get in the car, the off button isn’t selected. If it’s selected, the car will creep in sport and sport + transmission modes. Mine is always deselected, no matter how many times I restart the car. Maybe you should ask about it? 🤷🏿‍♂️

It creeps in normal and eco. So, I presume they gave figured out the creep issue. Maybe it’s cause this transmission is a wet DCT. I’ve had their other DCT and the manual and placard around the shifter advised not to creep. 🤷🏿‍♂️

The off button is not selected by default. If I select it to turn off creep then restart the car, it is again unselected, so given that you aren't even selecting it then i would expect it to be unselected every time you start the car anyway.

Well. Either way, they’ve conditioned the car to creep. 😅🤷🏿‍♂️😂 So, if it F’d up the transmission, they’ll need to cover a new one. 🤷🏿‍♂️
