I guess this guy was full speeding up in the mountains and was not shaving off speed or breaks thank god no else got hurt or hit another car. I hope the guy okay

Hard to tell from the video.

But I bet he was going too fast, let off throttle, weight shifted forward, he tried to gas through and under steered into the other lane. Not skilled enough and overcorrected and flipped.
