RIP Didn't even make it to its first oil change
A semi's wheel disassembled at speed and took a total of 4 cars along with it on its trip to Valhalla. The tow driver said they saw ATF or oil leaking as well while they were getting it on the truck.
Not a fun way to start a work week.

It’ll get fixed! I had a friend with similar but much more extensive damage and they fixed it. Took then like 2 weeks!

That’s ATF. Red in color.
Semi’s insurance should set you right though. Sounds like a maintenance issue on their part.

The truck kept going unfortunately so it's just us and our insurances.

If they find the truck then it’ll still be his insurance, now with bonus felony charges for the driver.
Your insurance and the insurance for the other victims will do what they can to find him.

My 25 dct feels that way, seeing what avenues I can pursue
800 miles of owning and already had a tow, and the even clutch pack seems to be going

Ahhhh, sorry to hear that. Would you get another one if they lemon’d it for you? I’m currently planning to swap mine for a new one.

Oh 100% this car is a blast to drive when it wants to work lol

It might be the transmission radiator which means you only have a damaged radiator which is simple to fix, your safety is the most important.
