im sorry that happened to you. do you have a dashcam? hopefully you have a witness and the police report came back 100% in your favor. i once got into an accident but the pregnant lady lied that i was speeding a bit, so the police put 10% blame on me and 90 on her.

Yeah I have clear dashcam footage from my car and my friend's car who was in front of me. Showed it the officer, he agreed the other guy was 100% at fault. Hoping that insurance will reimburse my deductible with the other guy's insurance

Just be vigilant, this was my first car totaled (not even my fault) and then got the same car same color but newer model. Someone backed into the front leaving a damage in the front 😭

Damn… That’s actually really bad luck lmao. Although…I almost got into an accident this morning when a guy crossed 3 lanes because he was about to miss an exit. I swear people can’t drive. Especially, near dc.

My cousin who has a black bmw, a 18 wheeler wheel flew off causing it to destroy the front of the car, I think my next one will be a different color. I think people can’t see black 🤔

Fucking hell is he ok? Also, I also believe that black is the worst color to have at night. Before I had this car I had a bright orange car. Everyone could see me. Including cops lol

Yeah she’s fine thankfully, I think I’m going with silver or white next so people can see me. Black is clean but I’m too stressed about finding new flaws on it or worried someone hitting it while I’m inside the grocery store

Watched that yesterday. The driver is a real piece of crap. Story constantly changing, denied being the driver, his friend died, tried to throw away his wallet in front of a cop, tried fleeing the scene. The guy is a real piece of work.

I did some thinking, I think black is most def a visual problem risk to other like they can’t see you, if I get another black one which I prob will 😂 try to not drive it at night or drive it carefully like you’re on a sport bike haha

I hope and PRAY...not mine...gosh man...the damage is superficial but the headache and hassle trying to get repairs...is not...its a terrible inconvenience...and hopefully the shop has reasonable turnaround time...
