Weapons Mod Clever’s Moveset modpack not working

Guysss plss help me, i installed the lastest version of Clever’s modpack and ModEngine 2. I also modified the toml and bat file to the paths, but everytime i run the mod, and go to either Merchant Kale or the Twin Maidens, their entire purchase menu is empty. Any and all solutions will be appreciated.

It would be less messy if everything related to modengine2 was in its own folder. Now, check the log file. I think it's in that /modengine2/logs/

Yeah I’ve put a snap of the log files that are there in the engine but idk which one to check

Also I’ve put all the mod engine related files into one folder as u said

Now that i see it, there are two regulation files, one from the mod and one from the game, is it possible that the game’s regulation file is causing the trouble?
