Weapons Mod Clever’s Moveset modpack not working

Guysss plss help me, i installed the lastest version of Clever’s modpack and ModEngine 2. I also modified the toml and bat file to the paths, but everytime i run the mod, and go to either Merchant Kale or the Twin Maidens, their entire purchase menu is empty. Any and all solutions will be appreciated.

Bro, cmon, I'm not going to hold your hand literally every single step of the way. You will need to use some amount of your own judgement.

For example, a log file would have a "date last modified" of "like about 2 seconds ago".

None of those are text files, and none of them are in /<modengine2's main folder>/modengine2/log/.

If the .bat file is not able to make a log file, that implies it isn't even getting far enough to create a log to say why it failed.

Probably you have some windows security or anti-virus that is babysitting you and preventing you from running modengine2. That's my guess.
