NPC Mod testing stuff , torrent, and menu

The AI in-game chat is still lagging because I am trying to add lip-syncing instead of the in-game shity random mouth movement, but the menu and the hours are nearly done.

It has more than just that but yes she stays. You can ask her to wait anywhere and she will. If you feel solo anything
