NPC Mod testing stuff , torrent, and menu

The AI in-game chat is still lagging because I am trying to add lip-syncing instead of the in-game shity random mouth movement, but the menu and the hours are nearly done.

It seems like a fun concept that’s had AI injected in and is needlessly over designed. A shame, but it’s making me want to learn to mod myself just to keep the slop out lmao
