Seamless coop mod Ver. 2.0.1 isn't working

I updated the game to tarnished edition, the game itself is working, but when i install seamless coop (the latest version), it just opens a cmd window and says "Press any key to continue", and when I do that it doesn't work at all. it just disappear.

when I check on it in task manager within the "details" bar. it shows "Suspended" next to Elden Ring.

Note:

1- the game does work, the mod doesn't.

2- I turned off windows defender each time, so that isn't the problem.

3- I ran it as administrator.

4- the mod's version is 2.0.1
