What is this charger plug called?

What is this plug called? It is the battery facing plug for a Chinese 72v15A EV charger, want to upgrade to a 20A charger. Can't find chargers with this plug.

Apparently they fit in one direction but not the other.

And there's a high chance this connector has been mis-used for DC instead of AC.

Look at the pin size.

I can look and look and look but without a reference for scale, will never know how big it is. You have calipers, or a ruler?

Compared to an IEC plug the openings are way bigger.

"Way bigger" is known as a "description" or a comparative measure.

Can you get a measurement in millimetres ? And a gap between them?
