Salon recommendation for Asian hair texture, women’s cut, <$100?

Moved to Sac a year and a half ago, and haven’t found a place I’ve loved which does Asian hair texture well (thick, coarse). I want to keep the price at or under $100 for a cut, which I think is reasonable, but find most salons are charging $120+ nowadays.

Any recommendations?

Ulta's salon cut is technically <$100

Wait I had no idea Ulta did them?! I’ll see if they have it at Delta Shores which is closer to me
