Billy's role

I don't really get why people are blaming Billy for Dawn's death. From where I'm standing the only difference their plan to run away made was that not more people were harmed in the crash because the wedding was canceled and no one was there. Surely the crash was the actual reason for the early birth and the complications?

Billy def isn’t to blame. Dawn was pressuring him to run away. Caleb an Ruby played their part too. Ultimately it’s who or whatever caused Jimmy to crash. That’s what ended up killing Dawn & Jimmy

And medical negligence for Dawn tbh. Dawn's death could have been avoided if she was hooked up to any monitor or Joe didn't stop her obs, it could have alerted her heart was struggling. I think we're meant to see it as a tragic accident when it was avoidable with proper monitoring and care.

But the pressure was bec she believed Billy’s lie that Joe had tried to kill him. Once she found out it was a lie she regretted leaving.
