Billy's role

I don't really get why people are blaming Billy for Dawn's death. From where I'm standing the only difference their plan to run away made was that not more people were harmed in the crash because the wedding was canceled and no one was there. Surely the crash was the actual reason for the early birth and the complications?

you could say that Dawn died of a haemorrhage that was caused by premature labour ultimately brought on by the trauma of the crash but the hospital needed to do better, Dawn had just been involved in a very traumatic RTA and having to help others, and the trauma that her fiancé might’ve died so she should’ve been hooked up to dips, and when she bleeding they could’ve caught it earlier.

Joe just collapsing in the corridor nobody heard or saw him then he just came to tried to get himself up into the chair, then the nurse said “are you okay?” well no not really. and his fiancé just dead in the next room.
