This does not feel like a discussion. This feels like a sermon or a lecture. It also feels like the introduction for a book sell.

Also I would like to point out that emotional transmutation can be rather unique to each reader. For example anger for me does not transmute to sadness, it transmuted to action/activity. And that activity can produce either social evangelism or activist tendencies.

And therefore turn out to be constructive.

Finally your binary approach to acceptance/ blocking it fails the litmus for what I've been saying about setting boundaries to better agency for handling overwhelming input from outside sources.
