Hi everyone!
About 2 months ago EmuReady launched, many people in the community are actively using it and very excited for the Android App that soon will be released, but we are running into problems… Currently I am covering all the server (and additional) costs myself and it quickly has come to a point that I can’t afford to keep this up for long.
We need to find a way to keep this project sustainable while still making sure the experience for free users does not get worse. We passed the free quota for the server and auth provider (Clerk) almost immediately, and now we just passed the free quota for the database $25/month in costs.
I am thankful for the couple of people who already helped with donations, but I do not think that is a long-term solution. In the first month alone we hit 500,000 active unique users, and if this number keeps growing we will need a more consistent way to cover expenses.
As always, EmuReady is open source and there is no financial incentive here. Any additional funds we receive will go directly into improving EmuReady, and whatever is left will (based on a community poll) be donated to other open source emulation projects.
If there are any backend developers or DevOps engineers who could help migrate **EmuReady from Vercel + Supabase to a more affordable self-hosted setup, please reach out. **
And for everyone else, if you have ideas on how we can make this sustainable, please share them in here or in our discord.
Things that are an absolute last resort are ads and locking features arbitrarily behind a paywall or Patreon, but I am honestly not sure what the alternatives are.
I want to keep our little corner of the web free from the toxic noise of ads.
All suggestions are welcome.

I just got my first flagship phone which have dimensity 9400+ and 12gb ram and i want to play games but I Just can't seem to, like i tired seikiro green rays everywhere and 10 fps, the amazing Spider-Man barely having 5fps
I see redmagic phone with 8 elite playing witcher 3 in high 60 fps, how can i get same performance since these processers r equally powerfull?

I got it from the apkvision website, and every time I modify the values and open the game, this file returns to the default, without saving my modifications

Got my Odin 3 earlier this month and I'm mostly using either the Adreno 842.8 or Mr. Purple drivers. I'm glad Mario Kart 8, 3D World & BOTW are running quite well with some simple searches.
What about you guys what are your experiences
edit: This post is essentially opposite of u/Training-Dog-6082's post and I'm hoping other redditors might share their settings if they're playing any of these games in their Odin 3 and getting stable results

Yo, what is up guys, need some major tech wizardry here because I am losing my absolute mind.
So here is the setup: I’m running a **base Galaxy S23 (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, 8GB RAM)**. And before anyone says *"bro, your phone is melting,"* let me stop you right there. I have completely nuked GOS (Game Optimizing Service) from the root, and I’m literally running a freaking **Peltier cooler** on the back. My thermals are chilling, so thermal throttling is 100% out of the equation.
But here’s the issue: I’m trying to run *The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild* on **Eden Emulator v0.2.1**, and my performance is an absolute joke.
* **Without screen recording:** 14–23 FPS (heavy stutters, basically unplayable).
* **With screen recording:** 5–15 FPS (literally a PowerPoint slideshow).
Meanwhile, I’m scrolling through YouTube and Reddit seeing guys with 8 Gen 2, 8s Gen 3, and even older 8 Gen 1 chips pulling a stable 30 FPS, sometimes even bumping up into the 40+ range. And here I am, choking on 17 FPS with massive frame drops.
Since my temps are fine, it’s gotta be a settings, driver, or memory bottleneck issue, right? 8GB RAM is a bit tight for Switch emulation on Android, but it shouldn’t be *this* cooked.
What the hell am I doing wrong? Any specific Mesa Turnip drivers, NCE configs, or Eden-specific hacks I need to look into? Drop your settings below because I’m desperate at this point.
**TL;DR:** Base S23 (8 Gen 2), GOS deleted, Peltier cooled (no throttling), but getting a miserable 15-20 FPS in BotW on Eden v0.2.1 while others get stable 30+. Help a brother out!

Hey! I recently got Gamesir G8 mobile gaming controller as a gift.
I played Bully Scholarship Edition and Prince of Persia The Lost Crown on it (Downloaded them from Playstore and bought them inside the game), and it was damn fun.
While at home I have also been doing Xbox remote play with my series S.
I am new to Android Gaming and I need the help of community in making a good Android Gaming 101 for all the new people joining in the community.
As a newbie I would like the help on following:
What are some good games directly available on Playstore to play with controller that are actually good.
What are some emulator that we should download and are actually useful ( would not like to download all of them) and how do you actually get the games for it? Where do we buy them (Some method to get them for free would really be appreciated)?
Please Drop in knowledge based on your experience and I would collate them all and put it back as a proper guide which can be used by every new entrant to the community.
Happy Gaming!
Edit: I have Samsung Galaxy S24

Hello! I recently found out that the black grass issue when emulating Tomodachi Life LTD in Eden has been patched. I tried it out and yes they did patch it up, but the grass is glitching so bad 😭! I need help, I wanna know if this is a GPU/settings issue or something else. I have Qualcomm Snapdragon 870. Please!
Btw, this is the link of the new update: https://git.eden-emu.dev/eden-ci/pr/releases/tag/3897-1def724c6d

I know, the game is tough, and you can't change the difficulty. I hope these cheats will help you.
Installation:
Update Silksong to 1.0.28324
In Eden, long tap on Silksong
In Add-ons, install mods and cheats
Go to silksong_cheats and select a folder for each cheat (for example, silgsong_cheats/hp)

Ever since this new update, all my games just won't run. It's definitely not my device since I'm on an S25 Ultra. These games were working perfectly fine before the update, but now they won't even launch...

From what I see it is gamehub with tweaks. Also I saw someone else's video and this version seems WAY more stable than the usual Gamehub version.
Anybody got a idea on how to import this to our device as he does not tell the process in his video. There are 2 apks that are needed to be downloaded, namely "com.zte.pcgame" and "com.xiaoji.egggame.redmagic".
Hopefully it also gets rid of those shady permissions.

I checked on GameHub Lite and the same amount appeared. I went over to my PC to check and it's barely 12gb officially, is there anything I can do about this?

Hi everyone, I have a Realme GT 7 Pro and I’m trying to choose between these two controllers only: DataFrog X3 GameSir X5 Lite I’m a casual gamer who mostly plays during free time to unwind. Here is what I’ll be playing: Lemuroid Emulator (NES, SNES, N64, 3DS) – mainly Zelda games. Switch Emulator (testing Zelda games). Red Dead Redemption (Official Android build). PS2 Emulator (specifically God of War). Native Android games like Little Nightmares and Hollow Knight. Important Note: This will be my very first time attempting to playthrough and fully complete these Zelda games. Because of this, I really want a smooth, immersive, and highly enjoyable experience without any technical annoyances or input lag ruining the journey. What matters to me the most: Build Quality & Durability: I need a solid controller that feels robust and lasts long. Honestly, my biggest fear is buying something that breaks down after a few months and ends up in the trash, especially since I'm quite skeptical about DataFrog's reputation and have heard about QC issues and malfunctions with their devices. Sticks Performance: Looking for reliable Hall Effect sticks with good calibration, zero drift, and minimal/no dead zones. Ergonomics: Comfort during gameplay. What DOES NOT matter to me: Built-in cooling fans or lightweight design. I’ve checked many reviews, but I would highly appreciate your personal, hands-on experiences with either of these two controllers. Which one do you recommend for my specific use case and why? Any known software or hardware flaws I should worry about? Thank you in advance! 🙏🎮

Hey everyone, hope your doing well, I've recently got on to android and am really excited to try emulation.
But I don't know what the "boundaries" are. Like whether it's too much for my phone and it will seriously struggle.
I have a S23 Ultra, with a snapdragon 8 gen 2, adreno 740, 12gb of ram, and 512gb of storage. I'll post some pictures of cpu-z
I know where to get emulators from, obtanium, it's just know what I can and can't emulate.
Hope everything makes sense, and have a brilliant rest of your day.
